It is common to see a direct connection between “unexplained” exhaustion and emotional suppression. When we release ourselves into feeling our emotions, tremendous energy is freed within us, which the body can then channel into healing on a deep cellular level.

Denise provides space where everyone can open to his or her full potential. Working with essential oil modalities she invites her clients to learn to listen to and respect their bodies, coaching them to learn how to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.

Private Yoga Sessions:

With private yoga lessons, you’ll zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle—and on your time.

STUDENTS BOOK PRIVATE LESSONS FOR A VARIETY OF INTENTIONS, SUCH AS:

  • Grasping the basics of yoga (3+ sessions recommended)
  • Developing confidence to practice in group settings
  • Tailoring their practice to benefit a sport or profession outside of the studio, such as improving golf swing or complementing triathlon training
  • Learning to modify a practice while healing from injury
  • Cultivating a therapeutic practice to manage or improve health issues like insomnia or low back pain
  • Receiving one-on-one attention in a private space
  • Deepening meditation practice
  • Exploring yogic philosophy or unfamiliar styles of yoga

Denise provides space where everyone can open to his or her full potential. She offers yoga practices to help release stress from the body and mind, and brings awareness to the mind/body connection, in order to support deepest healing. Working with essential oil modalities she invites her clients to learn to listen to and respect their bodies, coaching them to learn how to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.

Vita Flex Technique:

30 minute sessions @ $45 per session

Vita Flex is a term coined by Stanley Burroughs that means “Vitality through the Reflexes”. It is a specialized form of digital stimulation that is exceptionally effective in delivering the benefits of essential oils throughout the body. Vita Flex is believed to have originated in Tibet thousands of years ago, long before the practice of acupuncture. The Vita Flex Technique, itself, consists of placing one or more finger pads on the body and rolling them forward from the pads to the tips to the nails. A voltage is built up by the rolling until the fingers fold over on their knuckles to the nails, which are electrical insulators, thus discharging the accumulated electricity and producing a pulse of healing energy.

The Raindrop Technique, developed by D. Gary Young, N.D. and a Lakota medicine man almost two decades ago, uses a sequence of nine highly immune enhancing essential oils. They are dropped like rain from a height of about 6 inches onto the spine and then lightly brushed in using various hand to body techniques. This stimulates energy impulses and disperses the oils along the nervous system throughout the entire body.

Essential oils applied to the spinal column are absorbed through the nerves that feed the entire body. Wonderfully soothing, nurturing and relaxing, the Raindrop Technique can work its benefits in the body for days, weeks or months. With essential oils applied via the Raindrop Technique, the body can be brought into balance and the energy centers (chakras) cleared and re-aligned. Sessions last 60-75 minutes, but oils continue working in the body for a minimum of a week following the treatment.

Oils used in Raindrop Technique
Valor< – A special blend from YLEO that works on electrical and energy alignment of the body. The key to using this blend of oils is patience. Once the frequencies begin to balance in these areas, a structural alignment can occur. This is the most important oil used in the Rainbow Technique.

Thyme – One of the most antiseptic essential oils. It contains thymol, which has been studied for its effect on gingivitis and plaque causing organisms in the mouth. It may be beneficial in helping to overcome fatigue and exhaustion. This essential oil can easily penetrate the body, and may help kill any bacteria that may be present. Supplies energy during times of stress and physical weakness.

Oregano< – Works similarly to thyme but is more aggressive and may help stimulate the immune system, balance metabolism and strengthen the vital centers of the body.

Wintergreen – Contains the same active ingredient (methyl salicylate) as birch and is beneficial for soothing bone, muscle, and joint discomfort. Elevates and increases awareness on sensory system.

Cypress – One of the oils most used to support the circulatory system.

Peppermint – One of the oldest and most highly regarded herbs for soothing digestion. Peppermint has been found to improve mental accuracy, and sooth the respiratory system. Jean Valnet M.D., studied peppermint’s effect on the liver and respiratory systems. Other scientists have also researched peppermint’s role in affecting impaired taste and smell when inhaled. Dr. William N. Dember of the University of Cincinnati studied peppermint’s ability to directly affect the brain’s satiety center, which triggers a sense of fullness after meals.

Basil – Can be relaxing to muscles, including smooth muscles (those not subject to our voluntary control, such as the heart and digestive system). It may also be used to soothe insect bites when applied topically. Beneficial for mental fatigue, basil may help stimulate and sharpen the sense of smell.

Marjoram – Used for calming the respiratory system and assists in relaxing the muscles. It also assists in calming the nerves and is an antiseptic.

Aroma Siez – This special YLEO blend of essential oils may help relax, calm and relieve tight, sore, tired, and aching muscles resulting from sports injuries, fatigue and stress.
