Sarah Everitt

Sarah found her way to the west coast in 2013 from her home in Pennsylvania, enjoying the slower pace of the west. She first discovered yoga at the age of 25, looking to build strength and flexibility after her first aerial silks class. Amazed not only by the strength building benefits, but also by the stress relief and mental focus it provided. Having struggled with anxiety and stress management, Sarah discovered her new tool; Yoga. The greatest discovery was breath work development and the peace it provided. Not only could breath work calm her, it also felt cleansing, connecting and helped her feel more grounded and present in her body.
Sarah found her love for yoga and began attending weekly classes where she gained strength, mobility and focus. Still intrigued to dive deeper into her practice a year later, she traveled to Goa, India to train for three months. She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Ashanga Vinyasa Flow.
Sarah chose Ashtanga for the discipline and flow it offers and is enthusiastic to share that focus with her students – to build strength and confidence in their own yoga practice, as well as the many avenues of stress reduction Yoga provides.
Sarah also enjoys hiking with her two Huskies as well as Photography.
