Sarah is a CPT ACE Certified Personal Trainer, certified Stott Pilates Reformer and Mat instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist.

 What to expect on your first visit…

At your first session with me, I generally do a postural analysis to reveal the patterns of strength and weakness in your body. This allows me to get to know you and learn how to best meet your needs.

Although we all have similar muscle patterns and/or postural patterns, no one’s posture is the same as another’s, truly a fun discovery. The postural analysis can help us discover why you may have reoccurring pain, weakness, limited strength and limited range of motion. From here we determine a plan of action taking into consideration time commitment and your goals.

Exercises begin with learning basic placement and breathing principles merging with activation of stabilizers before and during movements. Beginning Pilates is like learning a new language. Then, as things start to click, you are able to add appropriate challenges.
